TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his or her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling outside of the USA. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Biblical Greece strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour, including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury, and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

PASSPORT AND VISAS

A passport with a 6-month validity past the tour return date is required and must be obtained in person by each tour member. Visas for Greece are not needed for American citizens.

AIRLINE TICKETS

As regards the booking of airline tickets, those participating in the pre-arranged tours should book their tickets on their own.  We are able to provide travelers with possible websites or agencies for booking.  Those traveling in a group larger than 20 have the option of booking tickets through us.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A deposit of $350 per person is required at the time of registration. Full payment is due three months before the date of departure. All payments should be made payable to BIBLICAL GREECE.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BIBLICAL GREECE

Should the number of participants, 90 days prior to departure, be lower than the minimum number of twenty participants, Biblical Greece can choose to adjust the price of the tour accordingly (by adding no more than twenty percent of the original tour price), or the tour will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

  • 40+ days before date of departure: no cancellation fee (only $350 non-refundable deposit forfeited)
  • 20-39 days before date of departure: 50% of tour cost
  • 10-19 days before date of departure: 75% of tour cost
  • 0-9 days before date of departure: 100% of tour cost

Transfer of your tour registration to another person is possible. Transfer of a tour date should be discussed with Biblical Greece as soon as possible. Any fees or penalties incurred by Biblical Greece due to a transfer will be charged to the participant.

These administrative fees charged for canceling your tour cover costs and non-refundable deposits made in advance for the tour. These fees would be a reason for purchasing a travel insurance policy covering emergency cancellations due to illness or a death in the family.

PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY

The passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. The passenger hereby agrees that he or she fully understand each of them. Specifically, the passenger understands that should he or she cancel their trip for any reason, the passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out above.
