10-Day Tour (2011 Dates)
Biblical Greece offers suggested tours, shorter tours of three and seven days, and a longer tour of ten days. The shorter tours visit many of the cities of Greece mentioned in the New Testament (Philippi, Thessaloniki, Athens, and Corinth), while the longer tour includes other ancient Greek archaeological sites. Each of these archaeological sites of great importance helps to build the foundation of the environment in which the New Testament was written.
The ten-day tour will cover all major sites of importance, both sites mentioned in the New Testament and major Greek cultural sites. This tour will visit several sites not included in the seven-day tour (e.g. Meteora) and will provide more time to see sites in Athens and Thessaloniki. This tour serves as a prearranged tour for those who plan to come to Greece on their own, as a couple, or in a small group of less than 20. Prearranged tour dates for 2011 are September 23rd to October 2nd, October 14th to October 23rd, and November 4th to November 13th. For groups larger than 20, if you would like to change any part of the tour (sites, length of time, extra activities) or to add extra sites, please see the “Add-ons” button under “Tours for groups larger than 20″ on the main menu for more information.
